The acetone stripped the stain right off of the wood! At least I knew better than to use that!Quilting Nonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16964800066332039021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2961637898720824823.post-74892856455271770932013-06-09T15:10:26.813-07:002013-06-09T15:10:26.813-07:00Ohhhh, now you come in with your fancy-dancy solut...Ohhhh, now you come in with your fancy-dancy solutions! The one without (I think) won't take off the markings. I usually use WD40 on sticky things and then soap and water to get the WD40 off. A lesson well learned.Darhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05960683751935834250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2961637898720824823.post-70526814861052056222013-06-09T11:46:25.178-07:002013-06-09T11:46:25.178-07:00You might try peanut butter to remove the sticky.....You might try peanut butter to remove the sticky... any oil really will break down the sticky, but pb stays where you put it. Rub it around, then wipe clean and wash off the pb.
